About the Company

GolfProperties.pl has been established by Universe Properties Group Sp. z o.o., a provider of agency services and investment opportunities within the real estate market in Poland and abroad, including real properties situated on or nearby planned and existing golf courses in Europe. The Company has been established through the initiative of persons with in-depth experience in the building industry and the property investment market. The idea of the Company being formed was born when we decided to combine our work experience and education with our fascination for golf. Our staff comprises highly qualified and educated persons specializing in the real estate market, property law, finance and taxes and providing services in Polish and English.

Based on our long-term knowledge and experience, we offer a full range of services covering real estate brokerage, investment opportunities and execution of development projects. Our offer covers land for sale as well as plots, houses and apartments located on or nearby many European golf courses. Housing investments within such area provide a comfort of living, prestige and direct access to a golf course. At the same time, it is an excellent and safe way to invest your capital. We also provide individual clients with the opportunity to invest in their golf courses of choice, by offering them shares for sale at preferential prices. Our license of Ministry of Infrastructure number 9020 guarantees safety and quality of our services.

For potential investors, we have created an investment department offering land for the development of golf courses and construction investments in their neighbourhood. Furthermore, we offer our clients both advisory and consulting services. At the investor's request, we can manage the entire development project (currently within the territory of Poland). Aiming at meeting our clients' needs, we also offer our assistance in price negotiations before the closure of planned transactions.

Additionally, our Company offers existing golf courses for sale both in Poland and Europe. We guarantee both the buyers and sellers the safety of effected transactions and full discretion.

As regards properties situated within or nearby golf courses, we assist our clients in obtaining credit facilities and we offer legal and tax advice as well as property valuation services.
